Guesthouse teaching and training

In addition to running creative departments as CCO and ECD, Mitch has taught creativity as an adjunct professor at UNC Chapel Hill and as an instructor at Creative Circus. That’s what inspired us to create Guesthouse Training. We create custom programs and workshops for agencies and in-house departments, designed to get to great ideas, faster. We also offer coaching sessions for early-career creatives to give the guidance and mentoring there’s just no time for in a busy agency. Whether it’s feedback on how to push and present the work before a check-in with a busy CD, or career and skills training to create at the next level.
